Booking direct instead of through the block costs you: there's an additional cost to the couple for you to attend the vow renewal events, and your reservation won't count toward the couple's room block.

A $100 deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due by March 21, 2027. After that, how much you get back if plans change depends on when you cancel:

• Before March 22, 2027: a $100 cancellation fee applies.
• March 22 – April 19, 2027: a 30% penalty fee applies to any reduction in nights, occupancy, or a full cancellation (based on the total price of the nights reduced or cancelled).
• April 20, 2027 and later: all reservations are non-refundable. Dates, occupancy, and room type can't be changed, and reservations can't be cancelled for any reason. Name changes are allowed up until 21 days before departure.
